BALL - SYDNEY - Friday 2nd May 2008 What a fantastic night was had by all! The Butterfly Ball, was held on Friday, 2 May 2008, at Le Montage Leichhardt. We had around 700 guests that attended and high profile entertainment from the wonderful Damien Leith, alongside our ambassador and supporter, the talented Lochie Daddo as Master of Ceremonies. Craig Lowndes and Jamie Whincup attended with the fantastic 888 Racing Team and many other people came along to help us meet our goal of raising $210,000. Thank you all for your generous support. The guest performance by Damien Leith left the audience in awe, with many calling for an encore performance. Everyone danced the night away to the sensational music of Sllde McBride and fantastic prizes were picked up. All monies raised at the Ball will be applied towards The Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick and also to maintaining our indoor playground at Macarthur Square Campbelltown and future all-abilities playgrounds. TIMBRELL PARK CONSULTATION - 1.30pm Saturday 12 July 2008 A further meeting in the park to discuss the development of the proposed new playground has been scheduled for 1.30 pm on Saturday 12 July, 2008. You are invited to attend this community consultation to discuss progress with the development of conceptual plans for the proposed works and raise any other issues regarding the park with Council officers. Bring the kids along!! Council and Touched by Olivia will be providing free fun activities for the children based on a “butterfly” theme - refer to the beautiful butterfly of Touched by Olivia’s logo. Children will be invited to paint their very own butterfly piece to feature in the new playground. Drinks and ice creams will also be available. The Butterfly Ball in Brisbane was a huge success! We made around $240,000 and had the generous support of Duncan Armstrong, Brisbane Council and the event was proudly supported by Shayne Sutton, Councillor for the Morningside Ward. Held

up grading Hawthorne Park, Hawthorne to an all abilities " Livvi's
Place" playground.

Sunday the 18th of November saw what was believed to be the biggest ever family event to be held in Drummoyne at Brett Park. More than 8,500 people were estimated to have attended, enjoying the day with Dora the Explorer, Balmain Tigers players and cheerleaders, Lochie Daddo and a host of other entertainers. Over $40,000 was raised for the Touched by Olivia Foundation at this hugely successful event. We'd like to acknowledge our sponsors, including MIRVAC, Canada Bay Club, Birkenhead Point Shopping Centre, Inner West Courier and City of Canada Bay Council. For more information on the day, please see - press release 5Ks FOR KIDS- BRISBANE - SUNDAY 17TH JUNE 2007 On Sunday June 17, 2007, in support of the Mater Little Miracles 5ks for Kids, Touched by Olivia Foundation joined the Mater Children's Hospital for a 5km walk in memory of Olivia. Over $5,000 was raised throughout the day, which will be given to the Mater Hospital's Intensive Care Unit to help fight rare diseases such as lymphangioma.To see photos from the event, go to The 5k for kids photos
BUTTERFLY BALL - SYDNEY - FRIDAY 30th MARCH 2007 The Touched By Olivia Foundation inaugural fundraising event was an enormous success with oer 730 people attending a fun filled night at the Le Montage function centre in Leichhardy.
